I am an experienced Advisor to Global Entrepreneur and a qualified IT Professional, seasoned by several years (since 1997) of experience in ICT-driven international organisations. I have served many corporate clients (through my company Techno Outsource UK Limited) along with our professionals team.

In addition, I have served (through my company iLAP Global Education Group) along with my edupreneurs team a large number of individuals and multiple iLAP franchises with our educational products and services across the globe with complete customers' satisfaction. We currently work in 12 countries directly and have a global network of over 40 countries.

My first nationality is Bangladeshi by birth, British Citizen by naturalisation (first entry to the UK in 1999 and gradually made my primary residence here in this great land Great Britain via points-based Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP), a prestigious Tier-1 immigration route as per UK government rules) and having 3rd residence permit after Brexit in a European country- Portugal, where I frequently escape for sunny holidays! I have businesses, which are operating in Zurich (Switzerland), Prague (Czech Republic) and New York (USA), where I'm travelling frequently on regular basis for the business purposes and friends crack me joke- You're a Flying Man! Yes, I love travelling around the world indeed, sometimes it goes crazy like 2-3 trips a month! To list name of other countries I visited several times to see the very best, not to be missed attractions are in Canada, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Hungary, Lithuania, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Ukraine, Morocco, UAE, Singapore, India and Nepal. Trip to a new country was full of lovely memories and unforgettable experiences. I also travelled to the most famous sightseeing spots in the entire UK by driving my car and enjoyed the amazing breath-taking places in England, Scotland and Wales.

I'm a positive, hardworking, friendly and dependable individual. I hate stress, but love smile; which keeps me stay calm & young (lol). I enjoy mingling with new friends, active in social networks and maintain quality time for friends & family within my daily busy schedules.

My philosophy in life is that you only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough. Life is too short to wake up with regrets. Dream as if you'll live forever. Live as if you'll die today. So, love the people who treat you right. Forget about those who don't. Believe everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said life would be easy, they just promised it would most likely be worth it. Positive thoughts generate positive feelings and attract positive life experiences. IHRC Human Rights Award
I was honoured as a 'Humanist' in 2017 by the International Human Rights Commission-IHRC (Geneva, Switzerland) for standing up for the human rights as one of the front line defenders in the UK National Chapter. I involve myself in volunteering as General Secretary, United Kingdom National Chapter, IHRC-Geneva during 2016-2017.

Educational Background

In brief, since my childhood I outsourced all my decision-making to my parents and diligently followed what they thought was best for me. I was regularly among the top scorers in my school in Bangladesh. Fast forward twenty-one years later when I first stepped out to neighbour country India for better IT Education, I realized this: although those good grades helped me get a ticket to enter prestigious Bangalore University in high-tech Silicon Valley of India, I had very little knowledge about the world as a whole, about the other skills needed to truly succeed in life. Skills like problem solving, decision making, social skills, people skills, public speaking skills, selling skills, managing my inner peace, etc. I started exploring my passion to focus on learning what excites me and what matters to the world. Yes, I've gradually achieved primary Lifelong Learning Skills through the everyday life activities and along with those skills I've successfully graduated BSc in Computer Science from Bangalore University (India). Then again I moved to the United Kingdom to complete my 1st master degree MSc in Information Technology and 2nd master degree MBA from Plymouth Marjon University (also known as the University of St Mark and St John, UK). I have honoured and awarded Doctor of Philosophy (PhD in Information Technology Management) in 2006 at the Sir Alexander Fleming Hall, Imperial College, University of London, South Kensington Campus, United Kingdom. After completing my highest academic qualification, I have switched my residency to permanent ILR settlement status via points-based Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP), a prestigious Tier-1 immigration route as per UK government rules and finally I become a British Citizen (altogether it's not an easy journey though!).

I have also completed several training on professional certification, short courses, diplomas and postgraduate diploma during my educational life journey from various countries including Bangladesh, India, Switzerland, USA and UK such as ICP (Instructor Certification Program), MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional), Certified Internet Webmaster (CIW), Master Diploma in Software Engineering, Global Networking Professional (GNET-Pro), Diploma in Professional Multimedia & Broadcast Animation, and many more! In fact, I'm still learning and steadily adding business skills to enrich my knowledge. I believe Education is the promise of progress.

Leadership And Entrepreneurship

Recently (April 2018) I have completed a CPD course in University of Oxford, United Kingdom. Students of University of Oxford Department for Continuing Education come from more than 120 countries around the world. The courses are underpinned by academic staffs of the Department. All of the leading academics are full faculty of the University and several have professorships. There are approximately 14,000 part-time students at the University of Oxford, studying on over 1000 courses and programmes offered through this Department. It has been teaching adult learners since 1878.
